For producers

A useful record starts
on the property.

Keep mob details and dated observations together, ready for the next conversation with your agent.

The people. The livestock. The work.
01 / The record on the property

The detail is useful
when it stays connected.

A weight is more useful when you can see when it was taken and how it sits alongside earlier observations. LAOS keeps the history in view as the work moves on.

01

Set up the place and the mob.

Maintain property and paddock records, then connect the mob to its recorded location and identity. Missing geography remains unrecorded rather than an invented map position.

02

Keep observations dated.

Capture weights, treatment declarations and paddock movement. Review observed weights separately from calculated gain and estimated projections.

03

Choose who can see it.

Share permitted records with scoped access. Public provenance is a separate, explicit publication choice that can be withdrawn.

In the paddock

Works where
the signal doesn’t.

Every capture is saved on the phone first and sent when there is signal. Losing signal loses nothing, and sending twice records once.

  • Weights, treatments and paddock moves
  • Feed assessments, quick or measured
  • An alert for anything that blocks a sale

What needs you

The producer workspace

The property,
drawn as it stands.

Paddocks, mobs and their history on the owner’s own map, shared only with the people the owner chooses.

The farm, drawn as it stands.

Paddocks on satellite imagery, with each mob, its head and its days in. The owner draws the boundaries, and LAOS keeps the history of every move.

    • Head, days in and what needs you first

LAOS screen · captured 5 Nov 2026 · fictional sample farmThe property

Every screen here was captured from LAOS on 5 Nov 2026, on a fictional sample farm. Names, properties and figures are invented, and dates in the screens are that day’s. Declarations are recorded as people make them; LAOS does not yet check them against NLIS or the ISC.

Useful records, clear boundaries

Know the source.
Choose the access.

A clear history shows what was recorded and how another person is permitted to use it.

Observed, derived and estimated.

A recorded weight has a date. Calculated gain uses dated observations. A forward projection is an estimate dependent on that history, not a promised outcome.

Declarations stay declarations.

Treatment and sale-readiness information remains recorded user information. LAOS does not replace an official registry or independently verify the declaration.

Private is different from public.

Record sharing follows permissions. Public provenance requires an explicit choice and excludes private commercial amounts and contact details.
