A clear account of this staging site’s current data handling and the details that remain to be finalised.
The final operating-entity details, privacy contact, retention schedule and complete public privacy policy remain to be confirmed before a public production launch. This page describes the current staging service; it does not invent those details.
The pilot form requests your name, work email, business or agency, role and a short workflow message, together with consent to submit. Do not provide private customer, animal-identification or financial information. Accepted enquiries are saved in the hosted LAOS database on Supabase for authorised platform-operator review, together with the consent time and notice version. An enquiry does not create an account or confirm pilot access.
The waitlist requests an email address and role, with an optional name and business. Explicit consent covers LAOS launch and pilot availability updates by email. The hosted database stores the submitted details, notice version and consent time for authorised operator review. An existing email submission does not overwrite the original details. Email ownership is not verified and no automated email is sent by the sign-up itself. Registration is not account creation or acceptance into a pilot. Before any update is sent, the operator must provide a clear sender and a way to stop further messages.
Submission is optional. Rate limiting uses a keyed, pseudonymous hash of the network address rather than storing a raw IP address in the enquiry record. Enquiry and waitlist review is restricted to authorised platform operators. No website analytics have been added and no automatic email or invitation is sent.
Application screens on this site come from LAOS running on fictional sample records. They do not show a customer’s operating data. The landscape film loads only when you play it.
The Log in link opens the existing LAOS application. Application sessions, invitations and permissioned records follow that service’s account and access controls. This public website does not grant access to a workspace.
A production privacy contact and retention period have not been supplied for this staging site. The final operator, contact destination, retention schedule and public privacy policy remain release dependencies. No email address or response promise has been fabricated.
